Get started
You can get started with GTMobile by following these easy steps:
- Insert your GTMobile SIM card into your mobile and switch it on.
- You can now make and receive calls and SMS from your GTMobile.
- Enjoy GTMobile! If you need assistance refer to the User Guide, visit www.GTMobile.com.au or call customer services.
Top-up your Balance
You can buy GTMobile top-up vouchers from your local retailer or online at www.GTMobile.com.au. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel.
To top up your balance using your GTMobile in Australia, either:
- Enter *131*PIN#, press send; or
- Dial 131 and follow the instructions.
Check your Balance
You can check your balance at any time.
To check your balance using your GTMobile in Australia, either:
- Enter *131# , press send, and your balance will be shown on your GTMobile screen; or
- Dial 131 and listen to your balance
To check your balance while you are abroad:
- Dial +611300854681 and follow the instructions
Access your voicemail
Your GTMobile voicemail service has been automatically activated.
Using your GTMobile voicemail you can:
- Listen to messages left for you
- Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
- Personalise your voicemail settings
- Select your preferred language
- Set your voicemail access code to access voicemail from other phones
Access your voicemail from your GTMobile
To access your voicemail from your GTMobile in Australia:
Choose your own language
You can select the language to be used for your GTMobile voicemail and top up service.
To select your preferred language:
- Dial 131
- Select the ‘Settings’ Menu
- Select the ‘Change Language’ option
- Select your preferred language
View your GTMobile number
You can view your GTMobile number on your mobile screen. To have your GTMobile number displayed:

You can use your GTMobile to make and receive calls and SMS in a large number of other countries.
